Job Description Jack Laurie Group's Commercial Construction division is looking for a Business Development Manager in NW Indiana to represent JLG's products and services to all qualified prospects professionally, profitably, and ethically. They will build personal relationships with specific end-users, architects, and designers to solidify and strengthen business relationships. JLG Core Value Expectations: Live with INTEGRITY - Reliably do the right thing Operate with ACCOUNTABILITY - Take responsibility for your actions Communicate with CANDOR - Be open, honest and sincere Win with TEAMWORK - Be collaborative as a team to achieve a common goal Essential Functions: Achieves personal bookings and sales goals Continually practices and implements the marketing skills needed to market the company successfully Initiates process and follow-up on sales to end users Assists in the organization of and participation in Database Blitzes Works closely with Project Managers and Director of Sales to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently Performs all necessary administrative responsibilities as required Achieves complete customer satisfaction Requirements Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing techniques Extensive knowledge of interiors products, equipment, operations, and materials Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate long and short-term goals Detail-oriented Conflict management Problem-solving Relationship building Critical thinking Time and prioritization management Leadership Business Acumen Collaboration Customer service oriented Benefits PTO Paid holidays Retirement: 401K with company match Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Short and long-term disability insurance Life insurance
