Benefits: 401(k) matching Competitive salary Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off - Achieve the sales target for assigned territory / region. - Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. - Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets. - Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. - Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. - Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives. - Timely collection of outstanding payment from all vendors - Make sure that no payment is outstanding for more than 30 / 60 / 90 days. - Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties. - Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. - Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. - Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. - Achieves satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends. - Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. - Monitors competitor products, sales activities. - Any other job that has been assigned from time to time. Requirement: - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields will be added advantage. - Strong negotiation skills - Deadline and detail-oriented - Ability to build rapport with clients. - Bachelor's degree - Valid Work Authorization - Good understanding of Indian Languages such as Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi
