About This Opportunity This position will be based in Irving, TX supporting the Florida regionJOB SUMMARY:The Demand Chain Transformation Manger, Florida will collaborate across various functions within the organization and engage with a third-party logistics (3PL) partners to execute the long-term Value Chain strategy for Florida. This role with be responsible for leading the project to ensure on-time facility delivery to increase our food offering and facilitate a seamless transition of the facility operation to the core Demand Chain team.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:* Value Chain Strategy Translation - Collaborate cross-functionally to translate the long-term Demand Chain strategy into actionable plans for a new facility in Florida to enhance, and simplify, support for our stores.* Facility Ownership - Own all aspects of new facility development, including Design, Implementation, Build Outs, and Startups.* Third Party Logistics (3PL) Collaboration - Select operators and work closely with third-party logistics companies to ensure seamless execution of new facilities.* Key Performance Indicators Management - Define and track site-specific KPIs to measure the success and efficiency of the newly established facilities.* Facility Transition - Facilitate a smooth transition of facilities to the core Logistics team after achieving predetermined KPIs.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree /Preferred not requiredYEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ yearsCERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: NASPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:* Strategic Thinking - Ability to align network/facility development plans with the overall Demand Chain strategy.* Results-driven - Demonstrated ability to deliver results and achieve site-specific KPIs.* Project Management - Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple facets of facility development simultaneously.* Communication - Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.#LI-KA1PDN-9c1953ee-54ef-4939-9721-ff12cb4f2265
