About This Opportunity Responsibilities: Developcode;write tests; communicating status and issues toteammatesandleadership.Must keep their technical skills up to date by writing code themselves for automating the creation of scalable/resilient systems/infrastructure/platform services. Contribute to the design and development of new products and features. Perform code reviews and ensure that best engineering processes are being followed by staying on top of the ongoing development processes. Stay on the leading edge of software development tools and best practices and ensure ongoing conformance to quality assurance program requirements, system architecture, standards, and practices. Investigate problem areas and platform needs and develop recommendations for platform development programs and maintenance. Providing technical direction, help and support to all the developers to meet the deliverables. Required: Hands-on experience with web development using Java, Spring Boot, HTML5, Java Script, jQuery, CSS. Experience with React/Angular is a big plus. Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns, and coding principles. Hands on experience in distributed system architecture, microservices and event driven development. Hands-on experience in web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL etc.), SQL Database such as Oracle MySQL, PostgreSQL etc. NoSQL DB (Cassandra preferred) Hands-on experience in Maven/Gradle, Version control (Git), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD and any cloud platform (Azure preferred) Qualifications 10+ years of full stack application development experience using Java, J2EE, Spring boot, Spring cloud, Spring Data JPA, Spring Integration, ReactJS/Angular, Node.js. 5+ years of strong experience in Relational Databases, Oracle, SQL, ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) and NoSQL (Cassandra, Mongo) experiences. 3+ years of solid hands-on experience in Microservices architecture and Domain Driven Design (DDD) approach. 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions in cloud platform on Azure or AWS services. 3+ years of experience developing with large microservice-based architectures, container orchestration frameworks: Kubernetes/Amazon EKS/ Azure AKS. 3+ years of strong work experience in message streaming platform like Kafka, Rabbit MQ. Understanding of MVC / MVVM / MVP structure and development patterns. Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment. Experience in partnering with product and program management teams. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Mentoring the team members to meet the stakeholder's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
