The Flex Company is seeking a talented and scrappy E-Commerce Manager to join our team and manage the activations of customers through our digital funnel. Reporting directly to our SVP of Operations, this role will be central in driving revenue growth through our website by creating a best in-class digital experience and effectively merchandising of our products offerings. This person will be responsible for boosting core metrics like CVR, AOV, and LTV and set the direction for how our digital product experience enhances the physical product experience.Our ideal candidate will be exceptionally passionate about the nexus between marketing, revenue, customer experience, and technology. This person will be highly skilled in building out product road maps and turning strategy into execution. This role will size opportunities, prioritize, and project manage initiatives to optimize and deliver incremental revenue through the digital funnel. We have proven product-market fit, and are looking for a seasoned product manager who is motivated by the idea of creating an optimal digital experience to drive revenue in a new and growing category.Annual salary range: $100,000 - $115,000. We are open to remote candidates with those located in Los Angeles preferred. Responsibilities Improve customer AOV and LTV by optimizing conversion rate, product merchandising, product bundling, etc. Drive our product roadmap, including new product launches, promotions, and other initiatives that drive revenue or optimize the digital funnel Oversee the digital experience, ensuring online customers can purchase and subscribe with fidelity, managing apps and integrations, and troubleshooting issues, if necessary Manage optimization and monetization of current products through merchandising based on consistent always on testing methodology including monitoring and tracking the results of (sequential and AB) tests and changes made to the website Liaise with functional teams (Creative, Engineering, Supply Chain) to prioritize and coordinate the execution of ecommerce initiatives Leverage UI/UX insights and analytics to balance performance and consumer experience including managing GA, pixels, and other website analytics Liaise with Creative to ensure brand consistency throughout the digital experience Manage the Shopify backend and ensure that SKU creation and cross functional digital product setup and functionality is maintained for the company Disseminate regular product release and digital funnel updates to the Company, ongoing Requirements At least 3 years in a product management role with measurable successes (e.g., conversion, engagement, subscriber, and/or revenue growth) Consumer products and e-commerce experience Deep customer empathy with orientation towards adding shared value Highly analytical (GA, pixel management, proficiency in A/B testing, generating unique, actionable, customer insights through data) Proficiency in managing Shopify storefronts and associated apps You know how to manage competing priorities with cross functional stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Acquisition, Creative, CRM and Marketing) to achieve audacious goals In 1 month, you will : Meet and get to know your team and all cross-functional teams. Develop a deep understanding of our customer experience, growth and retention strategies and product roadmap. Understand key reports, KPIs, and analytics tools. Review past audits on the current state of our conversion and retention funnels and develop a point-of-view on optimization. Develop a strong grasp of our tech stack and the Shopify app ecosystem In 3 Months Own and launch large projects from concept to delivery that deliver impact to our business and customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements to develop and propose business solutions. Be part of the discovery phase to propose solutions comprising domain, technology and process knowledge. Analyze data and usage patterns to understand, develop, and articulate business requirements. Work closely with developers, designers, stakeholders, QA, and analytics to take ideas from concept to launch. Leverage data to report on the performance of product launches. In 6 Months Release updates/enhancements that meaningfully changed the trajectory of major parts of the business Own core functional meetings including cross-functional meetings and retrospectives. Become a primary point of contact between Engineering and Revenue teams. Feel comfortable managing multiple projects at a time and execute seamlessly. Provide recommendations on buy vs. build decisions when evaluating new features and functionality. Instill that understanding of why across all levels of the organization.
