Enterra Medical, an emerging, U.S. based medical device company, markets a novel, implantable neurostimulator focused on the treatment of nausea and vomiting secondary to Gastroparesis. The Enterra Medical business was launched as an independent company in January of 2022, spinning out of Medtronic. We are seeking a compassionate and outgoing individual to join our team as a part-time Patient Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients who have expressed interest in our therapy. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to these patients with empathy, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities: Contact patients who have expressed interest in Enterra Therapy. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to patients' concerns and addressing them with empathy and understanding. Serve as a trusted advisor by connecting patients with our team of expert Patient Liaisons trained in Enterra Therapy and other treatment alternatives. Effectively communicate the benefits of our patient support services, ensuring patients feel confident and supported throughout their journey. Drive patient engagement and satisfaction by providing timely follow-up and personalized support. Collaborate closely with our internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall patient experience. Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy, especially when patients may be feeling vulnerable or distressed. Requirements: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients. Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with the ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations. Previous experience in customer service, inside sales or a related field preferred. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications. #LI-remote Powered by JazzHR
