ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM ClearForMe is offering a 10 - 12 week internship program to current MBA students seeking to gain experience in the beautytech startup ecosystem. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a strong passion for how nature can improve our overall skin, health and selfcare. We have designed our program to introduce interns to different aspects of our culture and provide real world experiences working and assisting in all facets of business development. You will be given the opportunity to present to a broader team upon completion of the program. This experience will broaden your perspective on how various teams impact growth and innovation in a fast growing start-up. Learn more about us on clearforme.com EXAMPLE OF PROJECTS Design and develop new marketing and sales collateral to highlight our partnership offerings Partner with Head of Business Development on outbound prospecting strategy to increase the quality and quantity of top-of-funnel sales leads Partner with leads to create go-to-market and sales strategy for new product launches Research and refine our value propositions Create new reporting dashboards to support decision-making and drive clarity across the business on key commercial, sales and operating metrics. THE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED Current graduate student or recent graduate of an MBA program from a top-tier university; with a focus on business development, strategy, or entrepreneurship. Educational or industry experience in CPG, beauty and personal care, or SaaS preferred Experience in Business Development, Growth, or Sales Teams Experience working closely with technical groups, with ability to translate complex data and results into relevant commercial insights Strong interpersonal, influence, communication and presentation skills to represent ClearForMe’s value proposition and mission . INTERNSHIP DETAILS This is a paid internship: $35 Hourly Rate plus accommodation stipend ($5,000) 10-12 weeks On-Site: Miami, Florida, USA Start: June 2024 The dates and work schedules are flexible and negotiable to accommodate a student's needs. Applicants should, however, be able to work full time during the summer months, with a commitment of 40 hours a week. HOW TO APPLY Resume and Cover Letter.
