Peregrine Team is Urgently Hiring LVNs in Huntington Beach, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. Pay: $30-36/hour Job Duties: Provide direct patient care, including phlebotomy, administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs. Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Utilize electronic medical record systems to input and retrieve patient information. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Medical Office, preferably primary care - Required Current Phlebotomy Certification - Required Current California LVN License. - Required Current IV Certification - Preferred Proficient in medical record systems and electronic health records (EHR) Ability to assist providers during procedures Strong communication skills Ability to administer injections and other medications as required Shift- 40 hours- 5x8 Email your resume to XXXX@PeregrineTeam.com ASAP or apply here for consideration.
