We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced internal business operations project manager. As a leading classroom education technology solutions provider, we are seeking an individual that is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to managing and delivering high-quality projects on time and with enthusiastic passion. Our projects consist of internal business project needs, including but not limited to process enhancements and establishing new processes. While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions: Oversee and manage internal business projects from conception to completion under current project management DASM/sprint methodology Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including cross departmental collaboration. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and milestones. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner. Ability to solve problems and/or find resources within Company to solve Contribute to project scope as needed utilizing data, process charts and other technology/tools Provide insight, suggestions to project management process and within individual projects Monitor project budgets and expenses, where applicable Present and provide data to leadership as needed regarding project status, updates, finalization Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Highly collaborative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software Ability to work independently Education & Experience 3-5+ years of successful Project Management Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer Powered by JazzHR
