Blue Rose is seeking a Jr Python Developer to support our work with a federal client. This is a Hybrid Role in Washington DC and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY. Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Secret Clearance prior to start. In this role you will: Be responsible for developing and maintaining Python based applications Work closely with the team to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code Develop and maintain Python based applications Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and design solutions Ensure timely delivery of high quality code Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years of Python programming Preferred Qualifications: Machine Learning and Analytics skills Java programming C++ programming Linux Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical degree (preferred) Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 Powered by JazzHR
