Are you passionate about supply chain management and ensuring seamless product availability? Look no further! Cubex is seeking a dynamic Procurement Specialist to join our team. Role Overview: As a Procurement Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our raw material, component, and finished goods procurement. Your responsibilities include forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, creating purchase orders, and evaluating suppliers. Join us in shaping the future of Cubex products! Key Responsibilities: Strategic Purchasing : Plan and execute the procurement of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Ensure timely and accurate delivery to meet customer demand. Inventory Management : Maintain optimal inventory levels within budget constraints. Collaborate with production teams to align purchasing with production schedules. Supplier Evaluation and Relationships : Evaluate prospective suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery times. Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers. Qualifications: Experience : Minimum 5 years in procurement, supply chain, or related roles. NetSuite Proficiency : Mandatory for managing procurement processes. Education : Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Microsoft Office Skills : Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Benefits Open PTO; including 9 observed holidays.
