We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: • Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant• Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written• Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements• Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience• Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our company's goals• Utilize G Suite and Adobe Creative to create compelling content for various marketing initiatives• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified and consistent brand voice across all platforms• Plan, Develop, Create, Execute and Report all Marketing Campaigns and initiatives• Creating event proposals that fit client requirements and presenting proposals to the team• Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venues• Reporting attendance and client capture rates• Post-event reporting and analysis• Planning event aspects, such as venue, seating, dining, and guest list• Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary• Demonstrating to clients strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings • Coordinating event entertainment, including music, performers, and guest speakers• Staying within average budget while planning event specifications• Collecting receipts and invoices in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable financial reports• Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors• Communicating with the marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event, and when necessary crafting marketing materials such as print and Internet advertisements for individual events• Anticipating and planning for different scenarios• Creating sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events, including possessing a strong working knowledge of the company to further these sales opportunities Qualifications: • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape• 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required• Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic• 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment Compensation: $48,000 yearly About Company: At Rose Retirement Financial Services, our company is built on key guiding values that form the very foundation of our daily operations.
