We are seeking a talented real estate acquisitions specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. A real estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. Responsibilities: • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale• Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Set appointments• Network with contractors and small-scale developers• Close sales• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity • Good communication• Sales experience• Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000+ at plan About Company: Our LuxurySold team is rapidly expanding into our Phoenix partners!
