Responsibilities: • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business• Prospect daily for buyer and seller leads and convert leads to appointment• Attend listing appointments and sign listing agreements with sellers• Host open houses and provide other advertising for seller listings• Write and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients• Timely and correctly complete all paperwork throughout the listing or purchase until closing• Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, market trends, inventory, and all aspects of homeownership• Seek and attend training for personal and professional growth Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth• Great communication and social skills• Organized and manages time effectively• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Compensation: $120,000+ at plan compensation About Company: Sievers Real Estate is an independent real estate brokerage with a mission of providing peace of mind in all real estate transactions.
