Requires: U.S. Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems, or related field. Requires two years of experience as an ERP Technical Consultant in: developing and implementing customized Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions and applications that rely on cloud-development platforms; using Golang and NodeJS to execute data transformations between different cloud-based products; and development participation on multi-country implementations with integrations to and from bespoke software solutions and third-party business systems. Job duties for the position include: Develop and implement customized Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions and applications that rely on cloud-development platforms, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing cloud-based online and payroll solutions. Develop integration solutions for both internal and external services and conduct architectural analysis of solutions. Solutions could include highly custom internal or client-proprietary technologies, methodologies, and services. Utilize Golang and NodeJS to execute data transformations between different cloud-based products. Deploy services to different environments using Jenkins. Design, build, deploy, migrate, and maintain business applications and critical infrastructure within the AWS Cloud, in accordance with specific business requirements. Conduct architectural analysis and develop integration solutions for both internal and external services. Operate within the full product lifecycle, spanning from wireframes and database models through to UI/UX development; link back-end development to front-end, cloud-based frameworks using ReactJS. Implement and configure application functionality, including user interfaces, business rules, workflows, and complex logic to meet the requirements of clients. Collaborate with software development engineers to fully automate application testing and provide valuable feedback to internal teams. Serve as the primary resource for the development and support of new and existing systems on cloud-development platforms applying expertise in heightened security, fallback integration, and accessibility design techniques in both on-premise and cloud environments. Collaborate with solution architects on multi-country integrations to ensure they follow the patterns laid out in the existing product. Develop scripts for system and application installation and configuration of AWS solutions, leveraging proficiency in MS Windows and Linux administration and various scripting languages, including Perl, Bash, Python, Ruby, and PowerShell. Develop a robust IT architecture integration framework and continuously review and improve existing systems by embracing new technologies and methodologies.
