Job Duties: Lead and drive design from problem definition to final execution. Build interactive design prototypes, conduct usability testing sessions and collect user feedback. Draft initial user problem statements and create product requirement documents. Brainstorm design options to solve user problems. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineer iterate designs based on user feedback. Conduct quality checks to ensure code development aligns with product requirements. Evaluate business impact of newly released products. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Graphic Design or a related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Graphic Design or a related field plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Special Skill Requirements: (1) UI mobile design(2) UI desktop web design(3) Interaction design(4) Prototyping(5) Wireframing(6) Usability testing(7) Information architecture(8) Figma(9) Sketch(10) Adobe creative suite Salary range: $165,000 205,700. per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
