IT Security Engineer

Description:
Candidate will focus on security deliverables for a new project. Will support planning, design, engineering and monitoring of security protocols and systems for the applications, infrastructure, networks, and data. Candidate will perform risk assessments and audits to identify security threats. Candidate must have 4 years of IT experience with specialization in Security Engineering. Candidate should possess experience with firewalls, encryption and DevSecOps. Experience with control frameworks such as NIST and COBIT preferred. Experience with public cloud AWS and Azure environments preferred. Also preferred are Security Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, OR CIPP. Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no corp. to corp./or third parties) and be able to pass relevant background and fingerprint checks.
