Job Title: Tax Associate AttorneyJob Type: Full-Time Analyze complex tax laws and regulations to identify potential tax issues and advise clients on their implications; Research tax law and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other documents under the direction of Principal attorney; Identify tax related issues/conflicts and proactively communicate solution options to individual and/or corporate clients in a variety of industries; Develop tax strategies to ensure maximum compliance with regulations; Draft and review tax documents and contracts; and Assist in representing clients in audits and disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and other tax agencies.
