Job Overview:Focus on transactional commercial real estate, including complex financing transactions and equity investments.Provide legal counsel on a variety of real estate matters, including joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and financing arrangements.Contribute to the firm's real estate practice by leveraging expertise in negotiating and drafting transactional documents. Duties:Handle complex, multi-party financing transactions, including structuring and negotiating financing agreements.Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other transactional documents.Conduct due diligence investigations and assess legal risks associated with real estate transactions.Advise clients on legal issues related to real estate development, leasing, and land use regulations. Requirements:3-5 years of transactional commercial real estate experience at a reputable law firm.Admission to the New York Bar.Excellent academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Demonstrated experience working on complex financing transactions and equity investments.Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations. Certifications:Admission to the New York Bar. Skills:Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Attention to detail and accuracy in document review and drafting.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure. This law firm has offices in Frankfurt, Seoul, New York, Moscow, Rome, Brussels, Abu Dhabi, Beijing, London, Cologne, Sao Paulo, Washington, Buenos Aires and Milan.
