Maintenance Coordinator (in office) Position (Independence) Kansas City Property Solutions © craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap compensation: $18/hour depending on experience employment type: full-time job title: Maintenance Coordinator PositionSmall growing Property Management Company looking to hire in Office Maintenance Coordinator.This includes answering tenant calls, inputting work orders, and coordinating with the boss, vendors, tenants and property management software.We are not able to offer benefits of insurance at this time but do provide a happy, safe, caring and supportive work and office family.This is a 40 hour a week job, M-F 9am-5pm. No weekends typically, but take home emergency phone and check voicemails and texts periodically. This will be PAID time if worked. Training is also PAID.If you are NOT prepared to work 40 hours per week in office M-F 9am-5pm, please don't apply.Benefits include: weekly pay (every Fri! by direct deposit), office space, computer, phone and growing and fun company to be a part of!Skills needed include: MUST HAVE ALL OF BELOWYou must care.
