We are seeking a customer and solution-oriented HR Systems Analyst to provide development and support for HR applications and reporting solutions. As the HR Systems Analyst, you'll become knowledgeable in Sentry's HR processes, define requirements, implement system changes and enhancements, generate reporting solutions and provide support and guidance for HR technology solutions. What You'll Do As the HR Systems Analyst, you'll:Develop system solutions to address system enhancements, change requests and defects, from requirement gathering, to agile development, testing, implementation and post production validationCoordinate/lead technology enhancements, upgrades, patches, and modificationsImplement, maintain and ensure ongoing operations of HR systemsCoordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to refine understanding of business processes and their corresponding system and reporting needs. Apply this knowledge when developing system enhancements that meet requirements, provide a good user experience and are maintainableBecome knowledgeable in Sentry HR systems to trouble shoot when errors occur, determine root cause and resolution, and provide support and guidance to application usersDesign, develop, and test operational and analytical reports and ensure the accuracy of dataDeliver ad hoc information requests that present the data in a meaningful fashion, which may include extracting and integrating data from various sources and identifying trends and patterns to provide useful insights into business processes and resultsInterpret analytical results and help HR leaders understand and communicate current and potential future trendsEnsure confidential and appropriate security and access systems are in placeEstablish and maintain system data integrity by performing data analysis and auditsMaintain knowledge of HR workflows and recommend changes that will enhance or streamline workflow processes What it Takes: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience3 years of full development lifecycle work experience - from translating business needs into system and reporting requirements through solution development, implementation and support of technology solutionsStrong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse groupInquisitive with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to HR application and technology changesWorkday experience is a plusExperience leveraging data visualization tools like TableauAbility to work independently and lead technology projects with minimal supervisionDemonstrated positive, customer-service oriented approach to supporting the business What You'll Receive: At Sentry, your total rewards go beyond competitive compensation.
