NEW OPENING : SMALLER GROWING PUBS COMPNAY Im currently searching for a proactive, switched: on, and welcoming General Manager for a lovely pub in Maida Vale. This venue offers delicious food, and good drinks and is located in a nice community area, surrounded by residential homes and some professional offices. This is an exciting time to join a thriving hospitality company who have multiple sites in their portfolio, so theres plenty of opportunity for career progression for the successful individual. There is a lot of brunchy style competition surrounding this venue, so capturing this footfall and leaving a memorable impact on customers is PIVOTAL What are we looking for? A strong leader to motivate and manage the team : with a key focus on customer service, attention to detail, staff training and development. At least 2 years experience as a General Manager within a similar hospitality venue The successful candidate will be experienced in high: volume and premium venues. To be self: motivated, maximise sales and report into the Operations Manager NEW OPENING EXPERIENCE WOULD BE A BONUS Exceed customer expectations and love the business, and grow within the company Experience in BOH admin such as financials, P and L, budgets, rotas and ideally have a creative flair Does this sound like you?
