Job Details Job Title: Volunteer Citizens in Policing Admin Assistant : HC611969 Location: Lyndhurst Salary: Volunteer Hours: max 15 hours per week Closing Date: Sunday 15th October 2023 at 23:59 hours Job Purpose The successful candidate willassist the Citizens in Policing Co: ordinator with administration for Police Support Volunteers. Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to: 1. To assist with the administration for recruiting volunteers. 2. To assist with preparation of application packs/new starter forms/ leavers forms/recruitment event information packs. 3. To update volunteer spreadsheets. 4. To send monthly data to the Volunteers Co: ordinator. 5. To update Volunteers/Special Constabulary personal files. 6. To assist with supporting the Community Speedwatch teams e. g. providing monthly figures of activity. 7. To assist at recruitment events. 8. Note taking for minutes. 9. Filing and general administrative duties. 10. To give regular and effective service. For more information on the role, please, click here. Additional Requirements You will maintain personal responsibility for collection, recording, evaluation, information sharing, review, retention and disposal of information in compliance with codes of practice and Guidance in the Management of Information, Information Security Policy, procedures and legislation. Desirable Experience Basic IT skills, Customer Service Skills.
