Job Description Senior Associate, Private Equity, Tax Location : Dallas, TX | Hybrid Get To Know The Team: The Tax Department leads the Company's day-to-day tax operations, including the filing of federal, state, foreign, income, sales and use, VAT, and other tax returns. The Tax Department also oversees all facets of foreign tax reporting. What You Will Get To Do: Prepare and conduct first level review of Federal & State partnership tax returns utilizing Go System RIA Calculate foreign tax withholding and prepare necessary tax forms Prepare quarterly tax estimates and year-end projections Prepare book to tax income reconciliation What You Will Bring: 2+ years of partnership tax experience with a main concentration either in hedge or private equity funds Knowledge of foreign reporting requirements a plusSolid MS Excel and GoSystems knowledge is required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines Team player, ability to set priorities and direct team members accordingly, highly organized, attentive to detail and ability to multi-task Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
