ROLE: Commercial Contracts Lawyer LOCATION: North West RATE: £20.00 to £55.00 per hour CONTRACT: Initial 3-6 months ongoing Please note this role is open to hybrid and fully remote applicants The Role A Commercial Contracts Lawyer with procurement/contracts specialism below is some of the deliverables its to work particularly on a waste contract. To advise on the procurement process and assist with writing the invitation to tender. To advise on the most appropriate form of contract To review the specification and write the contract. To advise on the responses to clarifications asked during tender process. To assist with the award and conclusion of contract in readiness for signing.
