A company is looking for a Proposal Recruiter. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with proposal managers and project leads to understand project requirements and staffing needs Identify and recruit candidates using various sourcing techniques Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for open requisitions Required Qualifications: Four or more years of sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably in a proposal or project-based environment Five or more years of hands-on experience with sourcing techniques Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including assisting in prescreening, interview set up, and offer negotiation Experience recruiting for cleared professionals Ability to successfully pass a background check
