The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, legal acumen, and the ability to work autonomously or within a remote team setting.Duties:Independently handle cases from inception to resolution.Craft and execute strategies to optimize favorable outcomes for clients.Communicate substantively with courts, administrative offices, financial institutions, and clients.Draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, and security instruments.Attend hearings and trials.Requirements:Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school.Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.Positive and candid communication skills in both oral and written forms.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.Energy, discipline, and self-motivation to thrive in a home office environment.High level of organization and time management skills.Persistent, resourceful, and proactive problem-solving and analysis abilities.Confidence and drive to take initiative and remain accountable for case outcomes.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications:Active license in Utah.Skills:Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to work independently and within a remote team environment.Proficiency in Mac/Apple, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and timekeeping software.Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
