The successful candidate will have a strong background in subchapter K (tax) and partnership agreements, and will demonstrate exceptional skills in managing client relationships and collaborating within a team. Duties and Responsibilities:Draft and review partnership agreements and other related documents.Provide expert legal advice on subchapter K (tax) matters.Manage and maintain productive relationships with clients and co-advisors.Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.Draft, review, and revise legal documents with precision and attention to detail.Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a collegial work environment.Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Illinois Bar.4-6 years of current experience in subchapter K (tax) and partnership agreements.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships.Strong writing, speaking, research, and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.Admission to the Illinois Bar. Skills:Proficiency in subchapter K (tax) matters and partnership agreements.Strong legal research and analytical abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and client relationships.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Experience with trusts is a bonus.
