Asteroid Health is seeking a Lead Therapist for their outpatient mental health treatment program in Newton, MA for adults (18+).As the Lead Therapist, you'll play a vital role in the development of our outpatient mental health program. You'll have the opportunity to both provide high quality clinical services for adults and also work directly with senior leadership to shape our clinical programming and build your management and leadership skills. This role is ideal for the ambitious, dedicated professional seeking to lead a dynamic team, grow, and enhance the quality of care. If you're ready to take charge and contribute to program development in a thriving startup environment, join us in making a meaningful difference. QUALIFICATIONS Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field. License in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance use (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar licensure preferred). Clinical supervision experience is a plus! DSM experience and knowledge 5 years of Mental Health and/or Substance Use Treatment experience required, preferably in an outpatient PHP/ IOP setting.
