Who We Are: Watkins Distributing is a family owned and operated beverage distribution company that has serviced Idaho and Montana for four generations. Job Summary: A warehouse associate will be part of our picking and loading team. Base pay is $14/hour + commission on cases picked, so most of our warehouse associates make between $17-$19/hour. Duties/Responsibilities: Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack to move beverage from inventor pallets to sales pallets. Listen to an automated “voice pick” system, directing you where to go throughout the warehouse Shrink wrap palleted loads Move pallets throughout the warehouse and load them on to trucks Preferred Skills/Abilities: Forklift experience preferred Ability to perform warehouse duties accurately and safely Enjoys working in a fast-paced, yet independent environment Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 25-45 pounds throughout the day.
