Job Title: Embroidery Team Lead Department: Production Reports To: Director of Operations Summary: The Embroidery Team Lead is responsible for the overall supervision and productivity of the embroidery team. This includes setting up and troubleshooting embroidery machines, training and motivating team members, and ensuring that all projects are completed to high standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of embroidery techniques and equipment, as well as experience in leading and motivating teams. Responsibilities: Supervise the embroidery team and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to high standards. Train and motivate team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Troubleshoot embroidery machines and equipment. Maintain inventory of supplies and materials and Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure that orders are processed correctly. Prepare reports on team productivity and performance. Manage the embroidery team, including hiring, training, and motivating team members. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet customer expectations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in embroidery production. Strong understanding of embroidery techniques and equipment. Experience in leading and motivating teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Insights: Competitive salary and benefits package.
