You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. If you’re looking to maximize your earning potential, start your application today! Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met• Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Compensation: $73,500 at plan earnings About Company: Based in the Westchester neighborhood of Los Angeles, the Stephanie Younger Group has grown to become one of the best-respected residential real estate companies in Los Angeles.
