The Jason Giomboni Team is looking for both new and experienced, licensed real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team. Licensed real estate agents that join the Jason Giomboni Team are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions per month within the first 90 days with our leads. After the first 90 days agents on our team sell anywhere from 20 -100+ homes per year depending on their goals, drive, and work ethic. In addition, our average agent made 3.5 times the median income for our area last year. We are also partnered with one of the largest real estate marketplaces in the world. This provides local and global opportunities to our agents when they join our team. Our agents receive quality leads and appointments when they join our team. 2024 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to open 2-3 escrows a month with the leads we are able to provide. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $100,000 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule• Health insurance• Stock options• Schedule: Day shift• Monday to Friday• On call• Weekend availability• Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay• Commission pay Responsibilities:• List and sell residential real estate.• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures• Maintain your Real Estate License Qualifications:• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)• License/Certification: Real Estate License (Required)• Work onsite in the work Location: Luzerne Lackawanna County Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission About Company: We provide the training and support to help you take these prospects from the first meeting, to ratified contracts quickly. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. The Jason Giomboni Team offers continued education 5 days per week to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.
