Come join us in shaping the landscape of commercial construction across the nation. • Compensation Package: Salary Range - $110,000 - $125,000 • Comprehensive Health Benefits • Performance-based Incentives • Truck Usage Allowance • 4% Retirement Contribution Matching Responsibilities:• Lead and oversee the planning phase of projects by establishing scope, objectives, and deliverables.• Develop detailed project timelines and effectively manage resources to ensure projects are completed on time.• Supervise project finances, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies wherever possible.• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and adherence to project specifications.• Conduct regular on-site visits in Indianapolis to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback.• Proactively identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate delays and cost overruns.• Foster a collaborative team environment, offering leadership, guidance, and support to team members.• Maintain accurate and well-organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Qualifications:• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be advantageous, though not mandatory.• Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in overseeing commercial projects is a prerequisite.• Strong familiarity with commercial construction procedures, such as estimating, scheduling, and budgeting, is crucial.• Previous engagement in the national commercial construction industry, exclusive of residential projects, is preferred.• Proficiency in project management tools and software like Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project is essential.• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are required.• Must be willing to travel to project locations across the country as necessary.• Possess proven leadership skills and a successful history of managing project teams.
