Responsibilities: • Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders• Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish• Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs• Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty• Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile Qualifications: • Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary• High school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferred• Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful• Insurance license required• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required Compensation: 50,000 - 75,000 on target About Company: Trutela Insurance, LLC is an Independent Insurance Agency that works for our customers instead of one company.
