Your dedication and skill can lead you to earn between $53,500 - $70,000.• Comprehensive Training & Development: Receive one-on-one coaching, access proven sales scripts, and benefit from daily success coaching and targeted morning meetings.• Convenient Working Hours: Enjoy a balanced full-time schedule of 35 hours a week from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.• Paid Time Off. One week of paid vacation annually, plus standard holidays, to help you rest and recharge.• Work From Home: Potential to work from home after completing initial in-office training, offering greater flexibility and convenience. Responsibilities:• Generate outbound contacts with likely customers and pursue our warm leads• Engage prospects, and monitor development• Evaluate and cater to customer needs, implement sales methods, and conclude transactions• Utilize customer management systems to maintain contact lists, and record customer interactions• Sustain expertise in all available sales methods and products to ensure high-level service and performance• Sell sponsorship opportunities to businesses for local high schools Qualifications:Who You Are:• Motivated and eager to learn, with or without prior sales experience• Known for excellent customer service and/or adept at building relationships• Previous experience in CRM helpful• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service• Adeptness at cultivating relationships, building rapport and closing sales• Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal)• Authorized to work in the US Compensation: $53,500 - $70,000 yearly About Company: In business for almost 30 years, our company has met every challenge and succeeded.
