We are searching for a construction field assistant who has a passion for learning and a strong work ethic! Your job will include helping the construction manager with forward planning and monitoring day-to-day activities. Start your application today! Responsibilities: • Finalize home completions and walk homes or buildings with the construction manager and the client• Help builders, contractors, project engineers, and construction manager with all aspects of the job and the daily procedures of the project to ensure the project gets completed in a timely manner and you develop your construction skills • Document job changes and daily construction work tasks to assist the project manager with paperwork• Adhere to all safety guidelines on job site and immediately report any incidents or violations of work rules to supervisor Qualifications: • Construction or administrative work experience is desired, but not required • High school diploma or GED is required• Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license• History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic• Have good physical stamina to climb ladders and climb stairs, work outdoors for long periods of time Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly About Company: KeenEye Inspections LLC is a thriving group of highly qualified and professional builders and property inspectors.
