Responsibilities:Social Media Management:• Create, schedule, and post content on various social media platforms (like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).• Monitor social media channels for customer queries, comments, and feedback.• Analyze social media performance and engagement metrics to improve strategy.• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates. Content Creation and Curation:• Develop engaging content such as text, images, and videos tailored for different social media platforms.• Collaborate with the creative team for visual content.• Curate relevant content to share on social platforms. Client Care and Communication:• Assist with client events.• Engage with the clients to build community and brand loyalty.• Communicate with past and present clients to engagement.• Maintain customer database system. Digital Marketing Tasks:• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC.• Collaborate with the marketing manager to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.• Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and report on campaign performance. Teamwork, Learning and Development:• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.• Continuously learn about new digital marketing tools, strategies, and best practices.• Attend workshops, webinars, and training sessions when available. Qualifications:Required Skills:• Previous experience in digital marketing is preferred, with a strong willingness to expand knowledge in the field.• Proficient in creative writing, podcast production, and adept at managing social media platforms.• Knowledge of drone piloting for aerial photography is a bonus.• Skilled in video editing, photography, and up-to-date with the latest SEO trends.• Software Proficiency:• Competent in MS Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.• Experience using Canva and ChatGPT Pro.• Exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud is beneficial, with a readiness to enhance skills in this software suite.
