Responsibilities: • Check insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to determine whether modifications are necessary• Identify and secure new business through creative sales tactics, including networking and cold calling• Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs• Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases• Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills Qualifications: • Effective collaborator with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales success• Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience working in the insurance industry• Stellar verbal and written communications skills mandatory• A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits• State-issued, valid insurance license(s) required: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License Compensation: $100,000 yearly About Company: CW Solutions values balance and flexibility - work as much or as little as you'd like!
