Advantage Personnel is in search of motivated Lawn Care Workers to join the team of a local company who maintains and creates beautiful outdoor spaces. They provide comprehensive landscape services to businesses and residences, including lawn and tree maintenance. Pay is $18-$20/hr DOE. Hours are Monday through Friday, with an occasional Saturday, and paid lunches! Willing to train the right person! Lawn Care Duties and Responsibilities ? Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage? Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team? Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal? Drive company vehicle to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport? Maintaining gardens and lawns by fertilizing, weeding, mulching, rocking, and applying pesticides Lawn Care Requirements and Qualifications ? Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods? Speed and quality of work is a must? Prefer familiarity with common landscaping equipment?
