BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: [ 06/10/2024 to 12/13/2024]Pay Range: [53] - [55]Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Must have skills: Product marketing -- messaging & positioning, strong narrative writing, understanding of SaaS companies and market.Teachable skills: Slack product value, SF style/tone/voice, sales play & program processesOptional skills: graphic slide designNeed someone who's an excellent writer, especially when it comes to product marketing -- translating messaging and positioning to different audiences and for different personas. We are a team of 10, focusing on new product & feature launches and all the attendant content and programs. Titles include: Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Technical Product Marketing Manager, etc. -- all product marketing.Responsibilities & Impact--Translate our marketing & industry-focused initiatives into actionable programs to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth.-- Operationalize our internal marketing communications.-- Work with repeatable, scalable processes to better train sales teams, and drive always-on sales plays and programs.-- Build consensus, alignment, and engagement across Campaigns, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success.-- Execute on messaging and positioning strategy and on target personas in partnership with global Go-to-Market, Campaigns, Content, and Corporate Marketing teams.Required Skills:-- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, or corporate marketing-- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal-- Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging-- Drive hands-on tactical execution-- Pick up new projects even in the face of ambiguityPreferred Skills:-- Expertise in Slack, Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms-- Ability to inspire optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!-- A natural collaborator-- Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguityBenefits:BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.Keywords:["Content" OR "Product Marketing" OR "Blog"]About BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
