Summary This is a small family-owned daycare business in Saint Louis, Mo. We are seeking to hire teachers who will provide a positive and fun learning environment for children! We are currently hiring for all classrooms from ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Come join us for summer fun! Duties Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth. Ensure a healthy classroom environment - including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children. Have great communication skills Requirements Strong oral and written communication skills including a friendly and approachable demeanor. High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. Infant/child CPR ( will have trainings here) Must clear full background check, health screening and other trainings set by the center. High School Diploma or equivalent Flexibility Problem solving skills Nice To Haves A strong understanding of child development. Time management skills Experience in family or center based child care center. Benefits Benefits for full time employees after 90 days
