Heating & Cooling Products manufactures and distributes superior quality sheet metal products. These products include pipe, elbows, boots, rectangular duct, duct fittings, wall stack, oval, black stove pipe and fittings, spiral pipe, spiral PVC pipe and fittings for the HVAC professional. These products serve the residential, multi family, and light commercial HVAC markets. Primary Job Functions: Operates machinery to fulfill production orders May assemble parts together for final product Ability to operate manual or automated machinery May need to set up or make small adjustments Other duties as necessary Other Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Must be safety and quality conscious Must be able to read a tape measure and know basic math Previous experience in a factory/manufacturing setting Attention to detail Must be able to pass a background, physical, and drug screen Opportunities for pay increases after training on piece rate! Monthly perfect attendance bonus - up to $1,700 per year! 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday (5:00 am-3:30 am) 3rd Shift: Mon - Thursday (6:30 pm-5:00 am) Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday (5am-5:30pm) 3rd shift - ***$0.65 shift differential*** Weekend shift - work 36 hours paid for 40 Benefits: This is an hourly position.
