Our insurance firm is looking for an experienced insurance recruiter to help us with our staffing needs and find the right people to continue to grow and expand. You'll network with up-and-coming insurance professionals, identify top talent, and recruit them to our agency before the competition. Responsibilities: --- Establish a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our insurance firm --- Provide all candidates with very clear information regarding their application, whether they've received an offer or not --- Advise internal team on salary and wage terms and communicate negotiations with candidates --- Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates --- Schedule interviews and additional skills testing as needed Qualifications: --- Ability to write and edit clear, engaging job descriptions --- Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting --- Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must --- 3-5 years of applicable recruiting experience in the insurance industry --- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required About Company: At the Chris Castanza Insurance Agency, we are looking for top talent!
