Our client is seeking a talented Commercial Business Litigation Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles, California. Renowned for their nationally recognised practice, they specialise in handling complex and high-profile commercial litigation matters across a diverse range of industries. From pre-complaint assessment to trial advocacy, their attorneys excel in providing strategic counsel and delivering exceptional results for their clients. Responsibilities: Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, business torts, intellectual property disputes, and employment litigation. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favourable outcomes in litigation matters.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
