Client Services Strategy

Description:
In this position you will be responsible for growing and maturing client relationships by expanding capabilities, providing insightful ideas and innovative strategy. You will collaborate with internal and external teams in the planning, execution and reporting of marketing initiatives.Duties/Responsibilities:Identify and deliver customized impactful marketing strategies and actionable insightsProactive approach to achieve client objectives, strategies, key initiatives and actionable opportunitiesAnalyze and communicate data-driven market trends, consumer behavior and competitive behavior to develop effective actionable strategiesCreate and deliver compelling presentations and comprehensive project proposalsDevelop and maintain relationships with clients by providing insightful ideas and industry expertiseCreate project objectives and support program promotion processes (Including set up, reporting and validation, documentation)Facilitate client training and engagement sessionsProvide foodservice manufacturers training for our services and capabilitiesInternal training to engage inside sales and customer serviceCollaborate with internal team to increase loyalty rewards program engagementAssist in implementation of new technology and services as assignedData and reporting resource for internal requests as neededAnd other support as required and requestedRequired Skills/Abilities:Superior attention to detailAdvanced communication, critical thinking, interpersonal relationship and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral, written, spreadsheet and presentation communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and work independently and as part of a teamCapacity to make independent decisions and educated recommendations to clients and internal staffMust be able to multitask and change direction quickly to accommodate changing business needsDemonstrates good judgement, creativity and positive attitudeRepresenting our clients and programs in a positive and professional mannerPossesses independent time management and organizational skillsEducation and Experience:Bachelor degree or 2-5 years of client management, project management or marketing management experience or equivalentProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) requiredExperience related to the food or foodservice industry is requiredTravel Required: give estimated percentage of travel or number of times per yearOccasional travel for client visits and trade showsRealTime Solutions is a data intelligence and marketing agency that propels growth for Fortune 500 food manufacturers.
