Job Description We are looking for a curious problem solver and builder with clinical practice operations and value-based care experience to support market operations and development of Privia's Care Partners capabilities. Privia Care Partners is the name for a set of business capabilities in a flexible contract model that supports traditional clinical practice and the transition to value-based care for practices not yet operating within the integrated Privia technology environment. These capabilities and processes sit alongside and leverage the existing technology, and analytics platform functions that underpin Privia's proven business processes and success in FFS, value-based, and risk contracts. You will work in the market supporting practice operations for a group of Privia practices that are not yet operating within the integrated Privia technology environment. This will enable our team to better develop and field test these Care Partners capabilities, identify gaps, and collaborate to develop improvements. The right person will be the interface between the clinical practices, the market management team, and Privia Care Partners leadership. This is a great opportunity to develop relationships in the market and a broad set of knowledge and skills in a fast-paced operational environment. Primary Job Duties: Value-based care operations support Support individual, independent clinical practices as a member of Privia operations dedicated to Care Partners. Build relationships in the Market and pilot or deploy Care Partners performance tools and capabilities while gathering feedback about these tools from clinical practices and Market leadership. Propose and/or develop solutions to improve physician adoption, satisfaction, and performance. Project manage and support development of Care Partners capabilities Synthesize and prioritize the project plan and activities necessary to develop Care Partners capabilities with guidance from Market, IT, and Care Partners leadership. Support development and execution of data integration with clinical practices to assist value-based care operations (ADT, clinical results, other chart level data). Address identified data issues. Support development, documentation, and execution of high-quality and repeatable processes that simplify extracting data for eCQM submission using FHIR technology or other appropriate technology. Interface with Market leadership to demonstrate effective development of Care Partners "proof points" on time and to specifications. Align with Privia standards to document new processes thoroughly to support further development of SOPs Data Intelligence Collaborate closely with Care Partners leadership, IT, and Analytics to enable scalable, multi-market content distribution to support health system and other multi-EHR clients Value-Based Care Performance Collaborate with population health teams to identify opportunities to leverage Privia's proven business processes to improve health outcomes and drive savings across Privia Care Partners practices Develop ad hoc actionable data insights for Market leaders and clinical practices, like performance metrics, cost and utilization data, ahead of full data integration using SQL, Python, and/or Microstrategy Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Healthcare Master's or MBA highly preferred. 5+ years of healthcare experience required, particularly working with physicians and medical group staff Quantitatively and financially proficient; must know how to read, interpret and explain financial data Comfort in functioning independently and autonomously and can effectively build a case to effect change. Demonstrates the judgment to appropriately escalate situations as necessary.. Project management experience, juggling multiple projects and urgent deliverables while providing exceptional client service General understanding of Population Health Management and how it applies to risk-based contracts. Must have access to reliable transportation Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations Interpersonal Skills & Attributes: Consulting skills and customer-oriented attitude, proven track record in establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and vendors Comfort operating with broad strategic direction Ability to develop new processes for the first time and execute them with high quality Intense intellectual curiosity and an ability to view problems with a fresh perspective Excellent written and oral communication skills Patience and persistence to sift through complex data to get to the core knowledge and understanding of project success. The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
