Full time Relationship Manager - 1080 A reputable bank is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to maintain and enhance relationships with our larger clients. This role involves providing exceptional service, keeping clients updated on new products, and bringing in new business. Responsibilities Include: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Updating clients on new banking products, services, and financial solutions. Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing clients. Bringing on new clients through targeted sales efforts and strategic networking. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and support. Conducting regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions. Resolving any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve clients and identify opportunities. Ideal Qualifications: Proven experience in banking, sales, or account management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Knowledge of banking products and financial services. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
