We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Floater Teacher at our Jewish Early Learning Center at Temple Beth Avodah in Newton. . As a Floater Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children aged [15 months-5 years old] and contribute to their learning and development. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are flexible, adaptable, and enjoy working with young children. Option of 2-5 days. School year positon starting fall 2024. Starting salary is $20.00 per hour. Certification programs and training offered. Responsibilities Assist with the supervision of children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth Collaborate with other staff members to create and maintain a clean and organized environment Requirements Passion for working with young children and a strong commitment to early childhood development Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and work harmoniously with different leachers in different classrooms Powered by JazzHR
