Reingold, a social-impact marketing and communications firm in Alexandria, Virginia, is hiring an email marketing specialist to join our fast-paced digital marketing team.This role may be fully remote or involve a flexible hybrid work model that accommodates virtual and in-office collaboration. If you are local to our headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, you will be required to come in to the office twice a week. Here’s the Role You can expect to do the following day to day: Play a crucial role in supporting and executing the digital marketing strategy for clients, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Plan, design, and implement effective email marketing strategies to nurture contacts, increase open rates, increase click-through rates, and drive engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including content creators and graphic designers, to create effective email marketing content. Build automated email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio, including tools such as Content Builder. Develop and execute A/B tests, develop testing strategies, and perform audience segmentation based on behavior insights to increase email performance metrics. Review and analyze email campaign performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Stay current with the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of our email marketing efforts. This position is a good fit for someone with the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s degree. At least four years of relevant professional experience. Two or more years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar marketing automation tools to execute tactical and strategic email campaigns. Proficiency with HTML and CSS and the ability to create and code using furnished content and assets. Proficiency with AMPscript and JavaScript is a plus! Demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience with using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for message design, subscriber and data management, inbox delivery, and external integrations. Experience working with customer relationship management software such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis. Familiarity with email compliance regulations.
